Humans Before Tech

Open Letter to the Governments of the World

Humans Before Tech

We Stand for Humanity

We, the people — the thinkers, dreamers, workers, and caretakers — call upon every government on Earth to protect what no machine can replicate: our humanity. Technology was created to serve us, not to replace us. Yet with each passing day, artificial intelligence and automation push further into the spaces once filled by human hands, voices, and hearts. We are not against progress — we are against losing ourselves in the name of it.

Our Demands

  1. Protect Human Work — safeguard jobs that give people dignity, identity, and purpose.
  2. Defend Human Creativity — ensure art, education, and innovation remain led by human imagination, not algorithms.
  3. Enforce AI Accountability — no system should act without clear, ethical human oversight.
  4. Preserve Human Connection — promote in-person interaction, empathy, and community in an increasingly digital world.
  5. Prioritize People Over Profit — no economic gain justifies replacing the human spirit.

Our Belief

Machines can simulate, calculate, and replicate — but they cannot feel, love, or care. A world run by algorithms may be efficient, but it is not alive. The purpose of progress is not to erase the human role, but to elevate it. Technology must amplify human potential, not render it obsolete.
